Why student exchange is a brilliant idea?
All doubts in deciding whether to go on a student exchange or not are unnecessary. You should choose the direction of your adventure as soon as possible and start packing your suitcase. The possibilities offered by the exchange are countless. First of all, you are going to meet lot of new and interesting people from all over the world. You will have the opportunity to get to know new cultures, learn a new language, try new regional dishes and lot of others. Thanks to student exchange you will get to know yourself once again. You will have to adapt quickly to new customs and traditions. All of this will make you become more independent and resistant to stress in the future life. The time you spend on student exchange will be unforgettable.

"Nothing teaches as much as travelling" visits or stays in another country. It involves interactions with locals and their customs, getting to know other people, other forms of thinking, a different way of solving the same problem, and, most importantly, to get you out of your comfort zone (your tree).
You will learn much faster in a new environment than in the same old tree.
Ingrid Różyło-Kalinowska, professor, MD, head of the Department of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology, Medical University of Lublin
During my stay in Irbid in April 2019, I had an opportunity to visit modern, well-thought architectonically and well-kept campus of the Jordan University of Science and Technology at that time flourishing with spring flowers. The possibility of meeting the Dentistry Faculty’s authorities, heads of departments, teachers, International Relations Office Staff and above all with the students was priceless. While conducting seminars and lectures in the scope of stomatological and dentomaxillofacial radiology for students of the medical and dental faculty, I had an opportunity to meet fantastic people, hungry for knowledge and curious about the world, communicating with proficient English skills, which is the only language used at the university. It is the direct interpersonal relations that are the greatest value of such exchanges.
William E. Hills, PhD, MSW, Professor of Psychology at Coastal Carolina University, USA, Fulbright Scholar
The opportunity I had to teach gerontology at the Medical University of Lublin was outstanding. The support I received from university officials and the Polish-US Fulbright Commission made my stay exciting and productive for my studies of older adult service delivery in Poland. I am now eager to return to Lublin as soon as possible to renew friendships and continue this work.
